So I paid $55 for my oil change, minus the free tire rotation. I was driving down the interstate that evening, and it was really windy out. Now, they knew my hood latch was broken because they called me and asked me if I wanted them to fix it. So they knew it was latched with bungee cords. But they failed to RELATCH them, because my hood came flying up and back and bent in half. I will never, ever, EVER take my car to the 20th and Harney Jensen’s, again.”
