“Lexington Autoworks is the only place I bring my vehicles for service. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Steve Stoll and his team are extremely knowledgeable and honest, qualities that are hard to find these days. They work on all models and they take time to educate you on what you need to know to maintain your vehicle. I really appreciate this and I learn something new each time I come in for service! Mark and John provide excellent workmanship and they go above and beyond to help me keep my cars running great. Chris is so helpful getting me scheduled when I need to get my vehicles serviced. Can’t say enough good things about these guys, you will be so glad you came here!”

“Absolutely horrible place with no customer service skills or sense of urgency. I spent about 3 hours waiting for a patch on a tire when they told me it would take about 15 mins. Then when I asked after the first hour was complete I was told “If I didn’t feel like waiting why did I come in” horrible place and way to speak to customers never returning there again.”

Jensen Tire & Auto has the most number of reviews from Google, which is 855 and has a rating of 4.7 stars. Here’s the highest-rated, most recent review they received:
“The staff, especially Ray, was super friendly and helpful. Service was quick and they are located close to where I work, so it couldn’t have been more convenient. Will definitely go there again.”
And their lowest:
“They broke my hood latch the last time I brought my car there. When I brought it to their attention, they made it sound like they were in no way responsible and told me to take it to a body shop to get it repaired. They didn’t rotate my tires. This time, I asked them to check the code from the check engine light and to air up the tires, as well as rotate the tires. They kept the car from 11:00 until 7:00am the following morning, because I had other engagements, and I couldn’t pick the car up until then, and they still didn’t rotate and balance the tires, which is a service they advertise comes with every oil change. They charged me an additional $10 to read the engine code, even though every auto parts store in town does it for free, and they didn’t tell me before hand that it was extra. So I paid $55 for my oil change, minus the free tire rotation. I was driving down the interstate that evening, and it was really windy out. Now, they knew my hood latch was broken because they called me and asked me if I wanted them to fix it. So they knew it was latched with bungee cords. But they failed to RELATCH them, because my hood came flying up and back and bent in half. I will never, ever, EVER take my car to the 20th and Harney Jensen’s, again.”
