With 13,045, 11,090, and 3,097 reviews respectively, these cities have a significant lead over the rest of the top 10 cities. It’s interesting to note that these cities are not typically thought of as major travel destinations, yet they have a thriving travel agency industry. On the other hand, cities like Las Vegas and Miami, which are known for their tourism, have lower amounts of reviews compared to the top 3 cities. This suggests that travelers may be more likely to leave reviews for travel agencies in lesser-known destinations. Dayton, Moreno Valley, Montgomery, Torrance, Thousand Oaks, Tempe, Springfield, Springfield, Rancho Cucamonga, and Gilbert were the cities that had the least amount of reviews in the top 3. Surprisingly, some of these cities had as little as 3 reviews or even none at all. It is perplexing to see how these cities managed to rank so high despite having such a low number of reviews. This finding highlights the importance of not solely relying on the number of reviews when evaluating the reputation of a travel agency. Other factors such as the quality of reviews and the overall reputation of the agency should also be taken into consideration.
