This means that on average, luxury hotels in the United States have received 26 reviews on their Google My Business profiles. However, it is important to note that there is a wide range of review counts among luxury hotels, with some having as few as 2 reviews and others having as many as 500. This variance in review counts highlights the importance of review and reputation management for luxury hotels, as it can greatly impact their online presence and ultimately their business success.

After conducting a thorough data study on the Luxury Hotel industry in the United States, it was found that the average number of reviews for the top 3 companies in Google search results varied greatly across different cities. San Antonio had the highest average number of reviews at 28,000, followed closely by New York with 26,205. San Diego and Los Angeles also had relatively high averages at 18,000 and 17,667 respectively. However, the average number of reviews for the top 3 companies in San Jose, Chicago, Phoenix, Dallas, Philadelphia, and Houston were significantly lower, ranging from 1,352 to just 43. These findings suggest that the Luxury Hotel industry in certain cities may be more competitive and have a higher demand for customer reviews, while others may not prioritize online reputation management as heavily.

Following closely behind are Aurora with 102,871 reviews and San Francisco with 88,000 reviews. It’s interesting to note that New York, often considered a hub for luxury hotels, only ranks sixth on the list with 78,616 reviews. Other cities in the top ten include San Antonio, Indianapolis, Memphis, Sacramento, Mesa, and San Diego. This data highlights the importance of review and reputation management for luxury hotels in these cities, as the number of reviews can greatly impact a hotel’s online presence and ultimately, their success.
Cities With The Least Amount Of Luxury Hotel Google Reviews That Still Ranked In The Top 3
After conducting a thorough data study on Luxury Hotel Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, it was found that some cities with the least amount of reviews still managed to rank in the top 3. Anchorage, Jacksonville, and North Las Vegas were the top 3 cities with the least amount of reviews, with only 84, 69, and 67 reviews respectively. Despite this, they managed to rank highly in terms of luxury hotel reputation management. This finding raises questions about the importance of review quantity versus review quality. It also highlights the potential for smaller cities to compete with larger cities in the luxury hotel industry, as long as they prioritize their reputation management strategies.
