Lexus Dealer Reputation Management

In our data study we searched for the key phrase Lexus Dealer in New York City, and then repeated this for the other top 199 most populated cities in the United States. We then analyzed Lexus Dealer Google Business (previously: Google My Business) Profiles to understand the Industry. How many reviews do you need? How many reviews do you need to rank in the top 3 of Google? And much more.

Average Number Of Reviews For All Lexus Dealer Companies

After conducting a thorough analysis of Lexus Dealer Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we found that the average number of reviews for all Lexus Dealer companies is 90. This means that on average, Lexus Dealers have received 90 reviews from their customers. However, it is important to note that there is a wide range of variation in the number of reviews received by different Lexus Dealers. While some dealers have received only 4 or less reviews, others have received as many as 500 or more. Additionally, we found that a significant proportion of Lexus Dealers have received relatively few reviews, with 10 or less being the case for 20% of all dealers analyzed. Overall, our findings suggest that while Lexus Dealers generally have a good reputation in terms of the number of reviews they receive, there is still room for improvement in terms of encouraging more customers to leave reviews.

Surprisingly, New York only had an average of 116 reviews, which was significantly lower than the other top cities. San Antonio, Houston, Phoenix, Dallas, and San Jose did not have any Lexus Dealer companies ranked in the top 3 of Google. These findings suggest that the review and reputation management landscape for Lexus Dealer companies varies greatly depending on the location, and that companies in certain cities may need to focus more on their online presence to improve their rankings and attract more customers.
