This means that on average, dairy companies in the United States have received 32 reviews on their Google My Business profiles. However, it is important to note that there was a wide range of review counts among dairy companies, with some having as few as 2 reviews and others having as many as 500. This suggests that there is a significant variation in the level of engagement and reputation management among dairy companies in the United States. Following closely behind were Omaha, Nebraska with 17,513 reviews and Norfolk, Virginia with 16,861 reviews. It was surprising to see Durham, North Carolina and Jackson, Mississippi also in the top five with 15,786 and 15,347 reviews respectively. Other cities that made the top ten included Pasadena, California, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Oakland, California, Chula Vista, California, and Shreveport, Louisiana. It’s clear that dairy businesses in these cities have a strong online presence and are actively engaging with their customers through Google reviews.
