After conducting a thorough analysis of Commercial Agent Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we found that the average number of reviews for all commercial agent companies is relatively low. In fact, 31% of all commercial agent companies had zero reviews, while only 17% had between 10 and 20 reviews. The majority of companies (52%) had less than 10 reviews. This suggests that commercial agent companies may not be prioritizing their online reputation management, which could potentially harm their business. It is important for these companies to actively seek out and encourage customer reviews in order to improve their online presence and attract new clients.
