After conducting a thorough analysis of Christian Church Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, it was found that the average number of reviews for all Christian Church companies is relatively low. In fact, over 50% of Christian Church companies have 20 or less reviews, with 22% having no reviews at all. This is surprising given the importance of online reviews in today’s digital age. It begs the question, are Christian Church companies not prioritizing their online reputation management? Or are customers simply not leaving reviews for these establishments? Further research is needed to fully understand this phenomenon.
