Average Number Of Reviews For All Central Authority Companies
After conducting a thorough analysis of Central Authority Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we found that the average number of reviews for all Central Authority companies is relatively low. In fact, 43% of Central Authority companies have zero reviews, while only 15% have between 1-4 reviews. The majority of Central Authority companies (42%) have between 5-50 reviews, with only a small percentage (less than 1%) having over 500 reviews. This suggests that Central Authority companies may not be prioritizing review and reputation management as a key aspect of their business strategy. However, it also presents an opportunity for Central Authority companies to differentiate themselves from their competitors by actively seeking out and responding to customer feedback.

Surprisingly, Los Angeles, which is known for its bustling city life, only had an average of 80 reviews in the top 3. New York, another major city, had an average of 74 reviews. Houston, Chicago, San Diego, Dallas, and Phoenix had significantly lower averages, ranging from 54 to 1. These findings suggest that Central Authority companies in certain cities may have a stronger online presence and reputation management strategy than others. It also highlights the importance of actively managing and responding to customer reviews on Google My Business profiles to maintain a positive reputation.
Cities With The Highest Amount Of Central Authority Google Reviews
After conducting a thorough analysis of Central Authority Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we found that Plano, Texas had the highest amount of Google reviews with a staggering 2,374. Following closely behind were Lexington, Kentucky with 1,231 reviews and Grand Rapids, Michigan with 910 reviews. It’s interesting to note that Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Detroit, Michigan, both major cities, had significantly fewer reviews with 573 and 531 respectively. San Jose, California, a tech hub, had 406 reviews while Tulsa, Oklahoma had 400. Huntington Beach, California and Mobile, Alabama rounded out the top 10 with 381 and 380 reviews respectively. These findings suggest that the amount of Google reviews for Central Authority businesses varies greatly across different cities and regions. Further research could explore the factors that contribute to these differences and how businesses can improve their review and reputation management strategies.
Cities With The Least Amount Of Central Authority Google Reviews That Still Ranked In The Top 3
