In our data study we searched for the key phrase Carpool in New York City, and then repeated this for the other top 199 most populated cities in the United States. We then analyzed Carpool Google Business (previously: Google My Business) Profiles to understand the Industry. How many reviews do you need? How many reviews do you need to rank in the top 3 of Google? And much more.
Average Number Of Reviews For All Carpool Companies
After conducting a thorough analysis of Carpool Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we found that the average number of reviews for all Carpool companies is relatively low. In fact, over half of the Carpool companies we analyzed had 55 reviews or less. This suggests that Carpool companies may not be receiving as much attention or engagement from customers as other industries. However, it is important to note that there were a few outliers with significantly higher review counts, indicating that some Carpool companies are able to successfully manage their online reputation and attract a larger customer base. Overall, this data highlights the need for Carpool companies to prioritize their online presence and reputation management in order to stand out in a crowded market.

New York and Phoenix had an average of 1 review, while Dallas and San Diego had an average of 0 reviews. These findings suggest that the Carpool industry is not equally popular or well-reviewed across all cities, and that there may be untapped potential for growth and improvement in certain areas.
