This means that most car dealerships have a decent amount of reviews, with only a small percentage having 100 or less. However, it’s important to note that there are still a significant number of car dealerships with less than 20 reviews, which could potentially impact their reputation and customer acquisition. Phoenix and Dallas rounded out the top 5 with 2,567 and 2,173 reviews respectively. The average number of reviews for the top 3 car dealers in the remaining cities ranged from 223 in San Jose to 122 in Chicago. These findings highlight the importance of review and reputation management for car dealerships, particularly in highly competitive markets like Houston and San Diego.
