In our data study we searched for the key phrase Call Center in New York City, and then repeated this for the other top 199 most populated cities in the United States. We then analyzed Call Center Google Business (previously: Google My Business) Profiles to understand the Industry. How many reviews do you need? How many reviews do you need to rank in the top 3 of Google? And much more.

Average Number Of Reviews For All Call Center Companies

After conducting a thorough analysis of Call Center Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we found that the average number of reviews for all call center companies is relatively low. In fact, 34% of call centers had 4 or less reviews, while 50% had 20 or less reviews. Only 3% of call centers had 500 or more reviews. This suggests that call centers may not be prioritizing their online reputation management as much as other industries. It also highlights an opportunity for call centers to differentiate themselves by actively seeking out and responding to customer reviews to improve their online presence and attract more business. Overall, the data indicates that call centers have room for improvement when it comes to managing their online reputation.

Average Number Of Reviews Of The Call Center Companies Ranked In The Top 3 Of Google

After conducting a thorough research project analyzing Call Center Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we found some interesting results. The average number of reviews for Call Center companies ranked in the top 3 of Google was highest in San Jose with 269 reviews, followed by Philadelphia with 168 reviews, and San Antonio with 60 reviews. Surprisingly, New York, one of the most populous cities in the country, had only 25 reviews on average for their top 3 Call Center companies. This data suggests that there may be a disparity in the review and reputation management landscape for Call Center companies across different cities in the United States. Further research is needed to understand the reasons behind these differences and how they may impact the success of Call Center businesses in different regions.

Cities With The Highest Amount Of Call Center Google Reviews

After conducting a thorough research project analyzing Call Center Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we have found that Waco, Newark, and Yonkers have the highest amount of Google reviews. With 24,043, 16,002, and 14,011 reviews respectively, these cities have a significant presence in the call center industry. It is interesting to note that Paterson, Fremont, and Corona also have a considerable amount of reviews, with 6,829, 1,439, and 1,297 respectively. Alexandria, Hayward, Mesquite, and Springfield round out the top ten cities with the highest amount of call center Google reviews, with each having over 1,000 reviews. This data provides valuable insights into the review and reputation management landscape of the call center industry in the United States.

Cities With The Least Amount Of Call Center Google Reviews That Still Ranked In The Top 3

After conducting a thorough data study on Call Center Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, it was found that some cities with the least amount of reviews still managed to rank in the top 3. Rancho Cucamonga, Washington, and Pasadena were the top 3 cities with the least amount of reviews, with only 3, 2, and 2 reviews respectively. Despite this, they managed to rank highly in terms of population. This finding raises questions about the impact of online reviews on a business’s reputation and whether it is truly reflective of their success. It also highlights the need for businesses to actively manage their online reputation, even if they have a small number of reviews.
