The majority of companies had 20 or less reviews, with only a small percentage having over 50 reviews. In fact, over 50% of companies had 10 or less reviews. This suggests that Bricklayer companies may not be prioritizing their online reputation management, or that customers are not leaving reviews as frequently for this particular industry. It is important for Bricklayer companies to recognize the value of online reviews and actively encourage their customers to leave feedback in order to improve their overall reputation and attract new business.

Further research is needed to fully understand the impact of online reviews on the bricklaying industry in these cities.
