The majority of companies had 10 or less reviews, with only a small percentage having over 100 reviews. This suggests that there is a significant opportunity for companies in this category to improve their review and reputation management strategies. With the increasing importance of online reviews in consumer decision-making, it is crucial for Architects Association companies to prioritize their online presence and actively seek out and respond to customer feedback.
