We then analyzed Apartment Complex Google Business (previously: Google My Business) Profiles to understand the Industry. How many reviews do you need? Average Number Of Reviews For All Apartment Complex Companies

After conducting a thorough analysis of Apartment Complex Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we found that the average number of reviews for all apartment complex companies was 23. This means that on average, apartment complexes received 23 reviews from their tenants. However, it is important to note that there was a wide range of review counts, with some apartment complexes having as few as 0 reviews and others having as many as 500 reviews. Additionally, we found that the majority of apartment complexes had 100 or fewer reviews, with only a small percentage having more than 300 reviews. These findings suggest that while online reviews are important for apartment complexes, many are not actively managing their online reputation and may be missing out on potential tenants who rely on online reviews to make their housing decisions.

Los Angeles, San Antonio, and San Diego followed closely behind with averages of 115, 108, and 91 reviews respectively. The remaining cities had significantly lower averages, with San Jose having the lowest at only 10 reviews. These findings suggest that the Apartment Complex companies in New York City have a much larger online presence and are more actively engaged in review and reputation management compared to other cities. Cities With The Highest Amount Of Apartment Complex Google Reviews

After conducting a thorough data study analyzing Apartment Complex Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, it was found that New York City had the highest amount of Google reviews. With a staggering 562 reviews, it surpassed other cities such as Pembroke Pines, West Valley City, and Greensboro. It’s no surprise that New York City, being one of the most populous cities in the world, would have a high number of apartment complexes and therefore a high number of reviews. However, it’s interesting to note that other cities with smaller populations, such as Pembroke Pines and West Valley City, also had a significant amount of reviews. This could suggest that residents in these cities are highly engaged in reviewing their local apartment complexes, perhaps due to a strong sense of community or a desire to share their experiences with others. Overall, the data study provides valuable insights into the review and reputation management landscape of apartment complexes in the United States.

Cities With The Least Amount Of Apartment Complex Google Reviews That Still Ranked In The Top 3

Our data study on Apartment Complex Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States revealed some interesting findings. One of the most surprising discoveries was that some cities with the least amount of reviews still managed to rank in the top 3. Aurora, Augusta, and Atlanta were the top three cities with the least amount of reviews, all with a count of zero. Despite this, they still managed to rank highly in terms of population. This raises questions about the impact of online reviews on the reputation and success of apartment complexes. Are reviews really the be-all and end-all of reputation management? Or are there other factors at play that contribute to the success of apartment complexes in these cities? Further research is needed to fully understand the relationship between online reviews and the reputation of apartment complexes in these cities.
