Airline Reputation Management

In our data study we searched for the key phrase Airline in New York City, and then repeated this for the other top 199 most populated cities in the United States. We then analyzed Airline Google Business (previously: Google My Business) Profiles to understand the Industry. How many reviews do you need? How many reviews do you need to rank in the top 3 of Google? And much more.

Average Number Of Reviews For All Airline Companies

After conducting a thorough analysis of Airline Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we found that the average number of reviews for all airline companies is 41. This means that on average, airline companies have received 41 reviews on their Google My Business profiles. However, it is important to note that there is a wide range of review counts among airline companies, with some having only 4 or less reviews and others having up to 500 reviews. This variance in review counts highlights the importance of reputation management for airline companies, as a strong online presence can greatly impact customer perception and ultimately drive business success.

Average Number Of Reviews Of The Airline Companies Ranked In The Top 3 Of Google

After conducting a thorough data study on the reputation management landscape of airline companies in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, it was found that the average number of reviews for the top 3 ranked companies on Google varied greatly. Philadelphia had the highest average number of reviews at 3716, while New York had the lowest at only 5. This discrepancy raises questions about the effectiveness of reputation management strategies for airline companies in different cities. It also highlights the importance of monitoring and responding to customer reviews, as they can greatly impact a company’s online reputation and ultimately, their bottom line. Further research is needed to understand the factors that contribute to the varying number of reviews for airline companies in different cities.

Cities With The Highest Amount Of Airline Google Reviews

After conducting a thorough data study on Airline Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we found that Memphis, Hollywood, and Savannah had the highest amount of Google reviews. Surprisingly, Des Moines and Tampa also made the top five, beating out larger cities like New York and Los Angeles. Salt Lake City, Chattanooga, and Omaha also had a significant number of reviews, with Omaha appearing twice on the list. Philadelphia rounded out the top ten with over 11,000 reviews. It’s interesting to note that the cities with the highest amount of reviews are not necessarily the most populous or well-known cities in the country. This data highlights the importance of reputation management for airlines in all cities, not just the major ones.

Cities With The Least Amount Of Airline Google Reviews That Still Ranked In The Top 3

After conducting a thorough data study on Airline Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, it was found that Joliet, Irvine, and Hialeah had the least amount of reviews in the top 3. Despite having a low number of reviews, these cities still managed to rank highly in terms of population. This raises the question of why these cities have such a low number of reviews. Is it because there are fewer airlines operating in these areas? Or is it because the residents of these cities are less likely to leave reviews? Further research is needed to understand the reasons behind this trend. Nonetheless, it is clear that having a low number of reviews does not necessarily correlate with a lower population.
