Contact Organization helps filter, search, and maintain your customer database for effective campaign targeting.
Step 1: Search and Filter Contacts
Use the Search Function to find specific contacts quickly:
- Click in the “Search” box
- Type customer name or email address
- Results filter automatically as you type
- Click the contact name to view details
Step 2: Apply Filters
Organize contacts using filter options:
- Filter Tag: Select specific tags to view
- Filter Campaigns: Filter by campaign assignments
- Combine filters for precise targeting
- Clear filters to return to the full list

Step 3: Review Contact Details
View important contact data:
- Contact Details: Review name, email, phone information
- Campaign Performance: Monitor individual customer response
Step 4: Bulk Contact Actions
Manage contacts in groups:
- Use checkboxes to select multiple contacts
- Click the “Actions” dropdown for bulk operations
- Apply actions to all selected contacts
- Confirm bulk operations when prompted
Common bulk operations include:
- Assign contacts to campaigns
- Add tags for organization
- Export selected contacts
- Remove contacts from lists
