Step 1: Connect Your First Platform
- Go to the “Review Platforms” section in the left panel.
- Select the review platform to connect (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.).
- Click the blue “connect” button under the platform name. When the pop-up opens, enter your review profile URL in the exact format shown. For reference, use our guide on accepted URL formats if needed.

Step 2: Save and Connect
After the system has accepted your URL:
- Click the “Save” button, and the process to connect the reputation monitoring platform will start.
- Wait for the connection to be complete. It takes from 2-5 minutes (depending on your review volume) for Review Grower to pull your existing reviews and start watching for new ones.
Step 3: Monitor your Reviews
There are two ways you can use to monitor your reviews
1. The Dashboard: with a centralized view of all reviews from the connected platforms. View overall ratings, star distribution, and review volume trends through an interactive graph. Monitor sentiment analysis across business categories to identify strengths and improvement areas.

Individual reviews appear with timestamps, ratings, and platform sources, plus direct “Respond” buttons for immediate engagement. The system tracks keyword mentions and sentiment patterns while allowing platform filtering and data export.
