Following closely behind were Sterling Heights, Michigan with 79,994 reviews and Brownsville, Texas with 75,000 reviews. It’s interesting to note that these cities are not typically considered major metropolitan areas, yet they have a significant amount of online reviews for stores. On the other hand, cities like Chicago and Fort Lauderdale, which are more well-known, also made the top 10 list with 41,003 and 48,923 reviews respectively. It’s clear that online reputation management is crucial for stores in all types of cities, as customers are increasingly relying on online reviews to make purchasing decisions.
Cities With The Least Amount Of Store Google Reviews That Still Ranked In The Top 3
