After conducting a thorough analysis of Science Museum Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, we found that the average number of reviews for all Science Museum companies is 87. This means that Science Museums across the country are receiving a decent amount of feedback from their visitors. However, it’s important to note that there is a wide range of review counts, with some Science Museums having only a handful of reviews while others have hundreds or even thousands. This suggests that there may be some Science Museums that are not actively managing their online reputation, while others are doing an excellent job of engaging with their visitors and encouraging them to leave feedback. Killeen, Sioux Falls, and Rancho Cucamonga were the top 3 cities with the least amount of reviews, with only 25, 23, and 18 reviews respectively. It’s perplexing to see that these cities, despite being in the top 3, have such a low number of reviews for their Science Museums. It raises questions about the reputation management strategies of these museums and the level of engagement with their visitors. Further research is needed to understand the reasons behind this trend and to identify potential solutions to improve the reputation and visibility of these Science Museums.
