This means that the majority of painter companies have a relatively small number of reviews, with only a few outliers having more than 100 reviews. It’s interesting to note that the highest number of reviews for a painter company was 500 or less, indicating that even the most popular painter companies don’t necessarily have a huge number of reviews. This suggests that there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of review and reputation management for painter companies across the United States.

Los Angeles takes the lead with an average of 199 reviews, followed closely by Philadelphia with 185 reviews. San Antonio, Houston, and Chicago all have an average of over 100 reviews, while New York falls slightly behind with an average of 77 reviews. The remaining cities in the top 10 have an average of less than 100 reviews, with San Diego having an average of 72 reviews and Dallas having an average of 69 reviews. Phoenix and San Jose have the lowest average number of reviews in the top 3, with only 59 and 29 reviews respectively. Other cities that made it to the top 10 include Colorado Springs, Philadelphia, Columbus, Grand Rapids, Raleigh, Atlanta, and Mobile. After conducting a thorough data study on Painter Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, it was found that some cities with the least amount of reviews still managed to rank in the top 3. Birmingham, Baton Rouge, Baltimore, Bakersfield, Aurora, Arlington, Anchorage, Anaheim, Alexandria, and Albuquerque all had zero reviews for painters on Google, yet they still managed to rank in the top 3 most populated cities in the country. This finding is perplexing as one would assume that cities with a higher number of reviews would have a better reputation management landscape for painters. It raises questions about the factors that contribute to a city’s reputation management landscape and how it affects the success of businesses in that industry. Further research is needed to understand the underlying reasons for this phenomenon.
