The average number of reviews for companies ranked in the top 3 of Google continues to decrease for cities like Houston with 55 reviews, Phoenix with 47 reviews, Philadelphia with 20 reviews, and Los Angeles with only 14 reviews. These findings suggest that the review and reputation management landscape for Debt Collecting companies varies greatly across different cities in the United States.
Cities With The Highest Amount Of Debt Collecting Google Reviews

After conducting a thorough data study on Debt Collecting Google My Business profiles in the top 200 most populated cities in the United States, it was found that some cities had surprisingly low numbers of reviews despite ranking in the top 3. Riverside, Gilbert, and Santa Clarita were the top 3 cities with the least amount of reviews, with only 4 reviews each. Montgomery, Milwaukee, Joliet, Fort Lauderdale, Corona, Columbia, and Charlotte had no reviews at all. This raises questions about the reputation management practices of debt collecting businesses in these cities. Are they not actively seeking out and responding to customer feedback? Or are customers simply not leaving reviews for debt collecting businesses? Further research is needed to understand the reasons behind these low review numbers and how they may be impacting the reputation of debt collecting businesses in these cities.
